It is your responsibility to ensure that you are qualified for
the class you have entered according to the ONTARIO PHYSIQUE
ASSOCIATION rules (www.bao.on.ca)
Competitors must submit 1 entry form plus entry fee for each
class entered.
All competitors MUST have a valid 2010 membership with the
ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCIATION (available from
www.bao.on.ca)
WEIGH-IN
Friday June 18th @ 7:00
p.m. for figure, 8:00 p.m. for bodybuilding at host hotel
(Holiday Inn Express, 374 Dundas St, London) Please be on time
All bodybuilding competitors must weigh in wearing their
competition posing suit
2010 ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCIATION memberships must be
presented at the weigh in.
AVOIDING DAMAGE CHARGES
If you plan to use artificial tanning products or oil for
competition, we suggest you pack and use an old towel and
sleeping garment in order to avoid damage charges from the
hotel.
Apply all oils only in designated areas at the show. Take
extra care not to touch the stage curtains or walls.
NOTE: Absolutely no oil or colour applications in Centennial
Hall washrooms.
PREJUDGING
Saturday 9:00 a.m. Sharp
Please be on time.
Doors open to Centennial Hall at 8:00 a.m.
Prejudging will start at 9:00 a.m. SHARP.
NIGHT SHOW
Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
Sharp Please be on time.
All competitors (bodybuilding & fitness) are to be at the
auditorium by 6:00 p.m.
Competitors may obtain access to the auditorium by showing
their competitor number at the door.
Awards will be presented to the top three in each class.
Overall awards will be presented to the best overall male &
female in the open bodybuilding categories and best female in
figure.
BODYBUILDING INFORMATION
MUSIC
All competitors are allowed 60 seconds timed from the START of
their music.
CDs will be collected at the weigh-in, CDs are preferred,
but tapes are permitted.
Please have your name on the tape or CD and not on the case.
Music must be cued to the start of your music.
Your posing music should be the only music on the tape or CD.
It is your responsibility to collect your own tape or CD after
the evening show.
COSTUMES
Posing suits must be of solid non-distracting colour, and must
conform to the accepted standards of tastes & decency. Posing
suits are subject to approval at the weigh-in.
Numbers issued at the weigh-in must be worn on the LEFT side
of the suit bottom.
Hair must be worn above the shoulders. No distracting ribbons
or bows are allowed.
No distracting jewelry allowed onstage.
