In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCIATION and JAMOR ENTERPRISES and their respective agents, officials, committees, and representatives, or the management of the contest venue or hotel, for any and all injuries, thefts, or losses which may be suffered by me at said bodybuilding competition. I have read and understand the fact sheets, and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations enforced by the contest officials. Members are advised that the use of any performance enhancing substances are prohibited by ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCIATION. ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCATION has instituted a program of random drug testing and reserves the right to request a competitor to present him/herself at any time for an approved doping control test. Failure to appear or refusal to submit to the test will result in the same penalty as a positive test result. Penalties for positive test results include suspension of membership from the ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCIATION. Entry fee payment of $80 per class entered is due at check-in 9am the day of the competition.

ELIGIBLITIY & FEES:

·  Entry fee of $80 cash is due at weigh-in the morning of the competition.

·  All competitors MUST have a valid 2010 ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCIATION membership.

·  JUNIORS & MASTER’ S CLASS entrants must provide a birth certificate as proof of age.

·  OPEN CLASS is a level 1 show open to any member in Ontario.

·  Competitors must submit one entry form & entry fee for each class entered

 

WEIGH-IN LOCATION:

                         CENTRAL SECONDARY SCHOOL
                         60 ST. ANDREW STREET,
                         STRATFORD, ON

WEIGH-IN TIME:         

Friday Evening 6:30 pm for Figure, Fitness and Bikini           PLEASE BE ON TIME

Friday Evening 8:00 pm for Male and Female Bodybuilding         

·  All bodybuilding competitors must weigh in wearing their competition-posing suit.

·  Fitness, figure and bikini competitors must register and measure in for height and have their posing attire available for inspection.

·  2010 ONTARIO PHYSIQUE ASSOCIATION membership must be presented at the weigh-in.

 

AVOIDING DAMAGE CHARGES:

·  If you plan to use artificial tanning products or oil for the competition, we suggest you pack and use an old towel and sleeping garment in order to avoid damage charges from the hotel. Due to previous damage a deposit may be required at the hotel for towels.

·  Apply all oils only in the designated areas at the show. Take extra care not to touch the stage curtains or the walls.

·  NOTE: Absolutely no oils or colour applications in the washrooms.

NIGHT SHOW:          7:00 pm sharp

·  Competitors may obtain access to the auditorium by showing their competitor number at the door.

·  Awards will be presented to the top 3 in each class.

·  There will be an award for the best overall male & female bodybuilding as well as overall figure.

TICKETS AND INFORMATION:     NO RESERVED SEATS – OPEN SEATING PLAN ONLY.

·  PREJUDGING $20.00 are available at the door on the day of show.

·  EVENING TICKETS $30.00 are available at the door.

BODYBUILDING INFORMATION


MUSIC:

·  CD’s are preferred

·  All competitors are allowed 60 seconds timed from the start of the music.

·  CD’s will be collected at the weight-in.

·  Please have your name on the CD.

·  Tape must be cued to the start of your music.

·  Your posing music should be the only music on the CD.

·  It is your responsibility to collect your own music after the evening show.

COSTUMES:

·  Posing suit must be of a solid non-distracting colour, which conforms to accepted standards of taste and decency. Posing suits are subject to approval at the weigh-in.

·  Numbers issued at the weight-in must be worn on the LEFT side of the suit bottom.

·  Hair must be worn above the shoulders. No ribbons, bows etc. Are allowed.

·  No jewelry allowed on the stage.

·  No gum chewing, spitting, or excessive oils allowed back stage.
